For one of our clients – a global leader in the telecommunications industry – we are looking for an experienced Network Consulting Engineer to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, customer-facing projects within a dynamic international environment, delivering innovative technology solutions.Sebbene l'esperienza competente e le qualifiche siano fondamentali per questo ruolo, si assicuri di verificare di possedere le soft skill preferenziali, se richieste, prima di candidarsi.Network Consulting Engineer based in Rome (hybrid work)Here's what the Network Consulting Engineer responsibilities will look like in this role.Role Specific Responsibilities:Works extensively with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources (e.G. account teams, partners) on the strategy/deployment/optimization of company's services and solutionsTakes leadership role in execution of delivery projectsImproves solutions and methods developed in the field for use to the wider practice (knowledge sharing)Creates, reviews and approves project deliverables e.G. Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation/Change Management PlansBuilds and/or leverage test environments as required to resolve highly complex problems and compatibility issuesLeverages software skills and tools to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot company's products and solutions.
Contributes in the development of digital intellectual capital (e.G. scripts, digital signatures).
Acts as a focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements.
Assures proper and quick resolution of complex customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies.Scope:Collaborates with other Consulting Engineers in appropriate technology domains to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needsTypically interacts with individual contributors, managers, and customers regularlyProvides input to Sales team in creating and demonstrating technology solutions to customersEngages with sales teams on pre-sales activitiesComplexity:Solves highly complex problems and is able to identify viable and often innovative options, and uses analytical skills and judgement to recommend an appropriate solutionExpertise:Typically requires BSc Computer Science or equivalent plus 5-8 years of relevant work experience.
Advanced degree strongly preferred.Project SpecificSkills: Solid knowledge of RS is a must with good expertise in troubleshooting and design.
Looking for a second technology like SDA or SDWANLanguage Requirements: Italian and english.
