Drive the sales operations plan and achieve agreed sales and broader performance targets for the Biosimilar & Hospital organization
Ensure Sandoz compliance with policies and procedures
Develop an effective sales team through training, coaching, and management of key commercial programs
Achieve individual and team sales, productivity, and performance targets
Create and execute business plans aligned with company strategy and standards
Maintain existing stakeholders and develop new business opportunities
Optimize resource allocation and manage area sales and expense budgets
Serve as a communication bridge from Senior Management to Product Specialists
Lead, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Product Specialists
Manage relationships with key account decision makers, key opinion leaders, patient associations, and cross-functional colleagues
Complete reporting and administrative requirements accurately and on time
Requirements
Italian and English fluent
Previous experience in brands' strategic and tactical planning
Able to understand the dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
Goal oriented and highly effective communication skills
Preferred:
experience within Biosimilar sector, hospital and tender system
Preferred: previous experience as Area Manager, People Manager or similar role
