The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church’s, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities. /ph3JOB PURPOSE /h3pWe are looking for a Catering Specialist to support in-store hospitality activities and contribute to delivering an elevated client experience within our boutiques. /ppThis role plays a key part in creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every detail of the catering service reflects the brand’s standards of excellence. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliProvide a warm and professional welcome to clients, contributing to a high-end store atmosphere /liliSupport the setup and management of catering services (welcome drinks, coffee service, light food offerings) /liliEnsure impeccable presentation and organization of all hospitality areas /liliMaintain cleanliness, order, and attention to detail in all service-related spaces /liliAssist the boutique team during events, peak periods, and special client activations /liliHandle client requests with discretion, professionalism,
and efficiency /liliEnsure compliance with brand guidelines and service standards at all times /li /ulh3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3pPrevious experience in hospitality, luxury retail, events, or catering /ppStrong interpersonal and communication skills /ppFluent in English (additional languages are a plus) /ppTeam player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach /ppPositive attitude and energy /ppAttention to detail and aesthetic sensitivity /ppAbility to anticipate client needs with discretion /ppJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
