For our headquarters in Poviglio (RE), we are looking for a IT Help Desk Technician to join our Infrastructure Team.
Job PurposeIn this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT? related queries, providing initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of common issues regarding hardware, standard software, operating systems e mobile devices.

You will ensure all requests are logged and managed through our IT Service Management platform and play a key role in delivering consistent, professional user experience.
This position may occasionally require short travel to other office locations.
Key Responsibilities1st Level SupportReceive and manage Help Desk requests through the ticketing system.
Perform initial troubleshooting and gather the information required for issue diagnosis.
Resolve standard issues related to: Windows workstations and laptops.
Microsoft 365 applications and services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).Printers and peripheral devices.
User account access and password management.
Mobile devices (smartphones).Escalate complex incidents and service requests to 2nd Level Support or specialized teams.
Update, track, and close tickets in accordance with company procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including user account provisioning, permissions assignment, and device preparation.
Basic 2nd Level SupportDiagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to: Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.Microsoft 365 and cloud-based services. VPN connectivity and remote access solutions.
Endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune).Basic networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).Install, configure, and maintain company hardware and software.
Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
EducationHigh School or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical in scientific disciplines.
Professional experienceCandidates are not required to have previous experience in this role.
Technical SkillsGood knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Soft SkillsStrong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities.good communication.
Team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate across departments.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment. Travel AvailabilityAvailability to travel nationally (approximately 30% of the time) to support the operations of the Group's Italian entities.
