ppIn this role, you will support the FAO Ethics Office by helping to shape policy, review cases and advise on conflicts of interest and retaliation.
You will contribute to policy development, training, and outreach to promote ethical principles across the Organization.
The position involves collaborating with internal units and external stakeholders to implement policies in field reality while upholding integrity and confidentiality.
This assignment offers opportunities to influence FAO-wide ethics standards and strengthen accountability.
/p ul liSupport formulation of FAO-wide policies and procedures on Ethics matters aligned with FAO strategy and UN Reform /li liReview and support standard setting and policy implementation across departments and field offices /li liReview individual cases and provide guidance on conflicts of interest and retaliation issues /li liProvide preliminary assessments and recommendations for retaliation complaints /li liMonitor developments in organizational ethics and suggest policy improvements /li liDevelop internal and public outreach materials to raise awareness of ethics principles /li liSupport development of ethics training materials and programmes /li liPrepare project documents, administrative reports, presentations and webinars for staff and management /li liPerform any other tasks related to the Ethics Office mandate /li liAdvanced degree in relevant field; or Bachelor with 2 extra years of relevant experience /li li1 year of experience for category C or 5 years for category B in ethics, compliance, UN admin law, policy drafting and development, risk assessment and management /li liWorking knowledge of English (level C) /li liExperience within a UN/multilateral organization is an asset /li /ul pIn this role, you will support the FAO Ethics Office by helping to shape policy, review cases and advise on conflicts of interest and retali... /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
