You will drive business growth, talent acquisition, and operational excellence, acting as a true entrepreneur within the company.Key responsibilitiesBusiness Development & ManagementBuild and develop a portfolio of key accounts (large groups, SMEs, and high-tech startups)Manage and grow the existing accountsIdentify and qualify new opportunities in the Italian industrial ecosystemLead commercial negotiations and proposals (staffing, projects, service centers)Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis (semiconductors, automation, energy, etc.)Recruitment & Team ManagementIdentify,
recruit and onboard top engineering talentBuild and manage your own team of consultantsFollow-up on career development and performance of your engineersEnsure engagement and retention of your teamDelivery & OperationsSupervise project execution in collaboration with technical teamsGuarantee customer satisfaction and long-term partnershipsManage project profitability and business KPIsStrategic ContributionContribute to the growth strategy of ELSYS Design - ADVANS Group in ItalyDevelop partnerships with local ecosystems (industry, clusters, universities)Support the structuring of the Milan entityProfile requiredEducation & ExperienceMaster's degree in Engineering or equivalent3 to 7 years of experience in business management and development in engineering services / consulting industryProven track record in B2B sales and client relationship managementSkillsStrong entrepreneurial mindset and ownershipExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility xysqume to operate in a fast-growing international environmentResults-oriented, autonomous, and structuredLanguagesItalian: NativeEnglish: Professional levelFrench: A strong plusWhy joining us?
