, a company belonging to the TXT Group, is seeking a
Software Engineer
for its
Aerospace & Aviation Business Unit
, who will join the Modelling & Simulation team.
The candidate, with at least 1 year's experience, will be responsible for providing support to various clients in the field of training simulation within the aerospace, defence and transport sectors.
Main responsibilities
:
Development of Windows-only desktop applications in .NET C#;
Bug fixing and software maintenance;
Drafting of all documentation;
Application testing.
Required technical skills
:
Good Knowledge of object-oriented programming;
Good Knowledge of key software development patterns;
Good Knowledge of the C# programming language;
Basic knowledge of concurrent programming;
Basic knowledge of the TCP/IP standard;
Basic knowledge of relational databases;
Knowledge of graphical frameworks such as WinForms;
Knowledge of UI/UX development principles.
Knowledge of the ARINC 429 protocol is a PLUS.
Education
: A diploma or degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

and possesses good communication and organisational skills. They are able to work both as part of a team and independently, organising their workload effectively. They are highly motivated to develop professionally and learn new skills, whilst also liaising directly with clients.

The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR ****** € and EUR ****** € gross per year, depending on the candidate's skills;
The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
