We are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Purchasing Excellence Team for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collection and input of purchasing data, analyzing spending, supplier performance and market trendsSupporting Purchasing teams in Italy, Slovakia and China to support Purchasing Europe/China ManagersPrepare and submit reports on purchasing activities, cost savings, performance of suppliers and market trends to VP Purchasing and Purchasing Department, on a monthly/quarterly basisKPI creation and analysisAnalysis and data input on SAP management systemKNOWLEDGE:Good at Computer use, Windows software, Office Package,
especially ExcelPrevious Knowledge of SAP management system and educational or practical background in Artificial Intelligence, is preferableLANGUAGES:Knowledge of Italian and English is mandatoryA further language knowledge is appreciatedMINDSET AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:Flexibility, and capable of working in high evolving contexts, are requiredCosts and Quality orientedAutonomy and initiative attitudeTeam working attitudeProblem solving attitudeHigh sense of time scheduled respect and energy level.
