Main Objective – Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented professional with a strong passion for retail to join our Experience Team based in Milan. This opportunity offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience by providing 360-degree support across the design, development, and management of store development and visual merchandising projects within a dynamic and inspiring retail environment.
Essential Duties And Responsabilities
Creative & Design Support: Assist the team during the conceptualization and design phases of in-store setups and window displays (material research, moodboard development, and creative concepts).
Project Tracking & Execution: Actively monitor the progress of store design and visual merchandising projects, ensuring that final execution aligns with the initial creative vision.
Coordination: Facilitate workflow by coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables across all participating departments.
Documentation & Assets Development: Support the creation, updating, and management of project documentation, including floor plans, 3D renders, and high-impact graphic presentations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.
Strong aesthetic and creative sensibility, combined with solid organizational skills,



multitasking abilities, and high attention to detail.
Keen interest in the retail sector, physical space design, and display/merchandising dynamics.
Broad curiosity in art and culture, with a sharp eye for emerging trends in design, fashion, photography, lifestyle, and music.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and familiarity with AI tools.
Good working knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
Strong team-player attitude with a proactive, flexible, and problem-solving mindset.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
