About the Opportunity
This opportunity is forUK and Europe-based generalist professionalsto contribute to an advancedAI research and evaluation project.
You will help train and evaluate frontier AI models by reviewing a broad range of everyday professional work products, includingdocuments, presentations, spreadsheets, and other written materials.
The role focuses on assessing content forquality, accuracy, clarity, completeness, consistency, and overall professional standards.
This is a strong opportunity for sharp, detail-oriented generalists who are comfortable working across different formats and subject areas.
Deep specialization in a single field is not required —sound judgment, careful reading, analytical thinking, and clear written reasoningare the key skills.
Responsibilities
Review and evaluatedocuments, presentations, spreadsheets, and other professional materialsfor quality and correctness.
Assess AI-generated work products foraccuracy, clarity, completeness, and consistency.
Provide clear, concise, and well-reasonedwritten feedback and ratings.
Compare and rank AI-generated outputs againstdefined evaluation criteria.
Identifyerrors, inconsistencies, omissions, reasoning gaps, and formatting issues.
Evaluate whether generated materials meet expectedprofessional quality standards.
Apply sound judgment when reviewing content acrossvaried subject areas and professional contexts.
Analyze written materials carefully and identify areas requiringcorrection or improvement.
Work independently while followingstructured evaluation guidelines and project requirements.
Provide feedback that helps improve how AI systemsreason about and produce real-world professional work.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degreeor higher.
Must be based in theUnited Kingdom or Europe.
ExcellentEnglish reading comprehension and written communicationskills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle errors and inconsistencies.
Demonstratedcritical thinking and sound judgment.
Ability to evaluate content acrossdifferent formats and subject areas.
Comfortable working independently with common productivity tools, includingdocuments, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Strong ability to provide clear, structured, and logically supported written feedback.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience reviewing or creatingprofessional documents, presentations, spreadsheets, reports, or other business materials.
Experience in roles involvingquality assurance, research, editing, analysis, content evaluation, or professional review.
Experience working across multiple subject areas or professional functions.
Strong proficiency withMicrosoft Office, Google Workspace, or comparable productivity tools.
Previous experience withAI evaluation, AI training, quality assurance, or benchmark developmentis a plus.
Experience working in aremote or asynchronous environmentis beneficial.
Compensation
$50–$70/hour
Hourly contract engagement.
