A leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced compliance professional to establish and lead its European compliance function. The role will take ownership of day-to-day compliance and AML matters, act as MLRO, report to the Board and manage regulatory relationships with CONSOB and Banca d'Italia. We are looking for:
10+ years' EU asset management compliance experience
Strong knowledge of relevant regulation, SGRs, UCITS management companies and AIFMs
Experience across Mi FID II, DORA, xrdbqlu AML and cross-border passporting
Professional fluency in English/Italian
