We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Headquarters in Bolzano .

As a key link between our B2B customers, Luis Trenker stores, Sales Team and Logistics, you will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage orders, reorders and invoicing
- Support customers and stores via phone and email
- Coordinate after-sales activities and claims
- Work closely with Sales, Retail and Logistics teams
- Support operational projects and inventory planning

What we’re looking for:

- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- Confidence working with numbers and digital tools
- Excellent German skills, Italian and English are a plus
