Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Product Designer Specialist to work on a contract basis. This role involves designing and refining user experiences for a platform serving a global user base. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for new and existing features using industry-standard tools.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate user flows.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and case studies.
- Experience with design systems and component-driven development.
- Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility standards, and best practices.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
