Job OverviewWe are looking for a Powertrain Quality Operations ManagerTechnical Skills5-10 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary quality teams (Quality Operations, Engineering, Metrology, Supplier Quality).Knowledge of key internal and external quality KPIs, including: DRR, 0 km PPM, 3MIS Warranty, KPPM, Internal ScrapExperience in Advanced Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D methodology, risk assessment, and reaction plan definition.
Experience in containment management and serial life management.
Experience in managing process, product, and supplier non-conformities.
Knowledge of Supplier Quality Management processes, supplier escalation management, and action plan evaluation.
Knowledge of: PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, P-FMEA, D-FMEA, Process Validation, Industrial change management.
Ability to perform technical product diagnostics and dimensional analysis.
Knowledge of geometry, metrology, and measurement systems. Knowledge of SPC, Cpk, process capability, and quality statistical tools.
Ability to interpret data from metrology, calibration, materials, chemical, and functional testing laboratories.
Experience in cross-functional coordination with Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Product Development.
Support of Change Point Management activities and product development milestones.
Experience in managing shopfloor quality activities and conducting functional audits.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, Kaizen, Read Across, and best practice standardization.
Soft SkillsTeamworking skills. Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Organizational influencing skills. Strong responsiveness and decision-making capability in complex and high-pressure industrial environments.
LanguagesEnglish language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Offer· Salary range: from 42.000 € to 49.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements· Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
