add, move, uninstall) including configuration and handover to Operations;Local troubleshooting including configuration;Break & Fix support;Major Change support;Local spare parts management;Performance testing support;Performance tuning and optimization support;Equipment Configuration Cleaning and Hardening support;Backup / DR testing support;Reporting;Escalating unresolved issues to Central NOC.RequirementsTo be successful in this role we require:Strong communication and customer service skills;Team working and collaborative approach;Eager to learn;Good understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP);Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow);Ability to follow scripts and documented procedures;Confidence in troubleshooting of hardware/software;A minimum of experience in service delivery (6-12 months);Fluent in Italian;Able to work in international environment using English language (speaking and writing);Availability for on-call duty. xkiyazw Location: Roma, Modena.
