Job Overview

Logistics Project Management & Planning

Planning and design of logistics areas, including warehouses, kitting, and sequencing zones

Analysis of external logistics flows, including advanced warehouse operations, indirect materials, Just-In-Sequence (JIS), and Just-In-Time (JIT) processes

Management and financial control of logistics initiatives, including project issuance and Purchase Requisitions

Definition of material handling equipment specifications and requirements

Maintenance and continuous update of the PFEP (Plan for Every Part)

Coordination of logistics innovation projects (WTB)

Logistics Packaging & Transportation





Definition and sharing of packaging specifications

Cost analysis and requirements planning for dedicated packaging solutions and standardized returnable packaging (iFAST)

Management of engineering changes and major maintenance activities related to dedicated packaging, aimed at improving ergonomics, quality, and load optimization

Analysis and optimization of inbound logistics flows

Monitoring of transport load utilization and development of improvement proposals

Management of plant-to-plant, spot, and advanced warehouse transportation operations

Claim management (incorrect containers, damaged materials, etc.)

Empty packaging management (availability, returns, and shortages)

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

2-4 years of experience in a similar role

Fluent in written and spoken English (at least B2 level)

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

High level of autonomy, initiative, and proactive problem-solving mindset

Offer

- Salary range: from 38.000 € to 44.000 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area.
