Entrando a far parte del Team Enterprise Platform , sarai inserita/o in un percorso di crescita nell'ambito ServiceNow : ti occuperai di progettare, sviluppare e implementare soluzioni personalizzate su questa piattaforma per i nostri clienti, affiancando colleghe e colleghi più esperti in ogni fase del progetto.
Nello specifico ti occuperai di:
- Partecipare, insieme al team funzionale, alla raccolta dei requisiti del cliente e alla loro traduzione in workflow e regole di automazione da costruire sulla piattaforma
- Configurare e personalizzare i moduli ServiceNow, definendo campi, form e regole di business
- Costruire flussi automatizzati con Flow Designer, lo strumento visuale di ServiceNow per collegare tra loro le diverse fasi di un processo senza scrivere codice
- Effettuare i test interni delle configurazioni sviluppate, verificando che i flussi funzionino correttamente prima di consegnarli al cliente
- Contribuire alla migrazione dei dati dai vecchi sistemi del cliente all'interno di ServiceNow
- Supportare il cliente nella fase di rilascio della soluzione e nel periodo immediatamente successivo (Hypercare), monitorando che tutto funzioni e risolvendo eventuali criticità
Come As You Are – Le tue competenze e caratteristiche Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:
- Hai una formazione accademica in Ingegneria Informatica o Informatica
- Hai motivazione a svolgere attività di consulenza sui processi aziendali e sui sistemi informativi, anche senza esperienza pregressa su ServiceNow
- Hai un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente supportata da esperienze di studio e/o lavoro all'estero
- Hai un'ottima conoscenza di JavaScript e Excel
- Possiedi una buona padronanza della lingua inglese e attitudine al lavoro in team
- Sei disponibile a trasferte in Italia e all'estero in base alle esigenze progettuali

L'opportunità prevede un inserimento in stage con indennità mensile di 800€ per stage curriculare o 1.000€ per stage extracurriculare o in assunzione con inquadramento ai sensi del CCNL Commercio e RAL di ingresso: € 29.000,
determinata sulla base di criteri oggettivi quali il titolo di studio e la valutazione del profilo rispetto ai requisiti della posizione. KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to businesses to assist them in transforming their business models, improving and digitalizing processes, analyzing and managing risks, as well as supporting extraordinary finance operations.
By joining the Enterprise Platform Team , you will be onboarded onto a growth path within ServiceNow : you will design, develop and implement customised solutions on this platform for our clients, working alongside more experienced colleagues at every stage of the project.
Specifically, you will:
- Take part, together with the functional team, in gathering the client's requirements and translating them into workflows and automation rules to be built on the platform
- Configure and customise ServiceNow modules (for example Incident, Problem and Change Management, or custom applications), defining fields, forms and business rules
- Write simple JavaScript scripts (ServiceNow's native scripting language, called GlideScript) to automate steps that would otherwise require manual work
- Build automated flows using Flow Designer, ServiceNow's visual tool for connecting the different steps of a process without writing code
- Carry out internal testing of the configurations developed, checking that flows work correctly before handing them over to the client
- Contribute to data migration from the client's old systems into ServiceNow (for example populating the CMDB, the repository that maps all of a company's IT assets)
- Support the client during the release phase and in the period immediately following it (Hypercare), monitoring that everything works and resolving any issues
Come As You Are – Your Skills and Characteristics This opportunity is right for you if:
- You have an academic background in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- You have the motivation to engage in consulting activities related to business processes and information systems, even without prior experience in ServiceNow
- You have an excellent command of English, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad
- You have excellent knowledge of the Office suite
- You have a good command of English and a team-oriented attitude
- You are available for business travel in Italy and abroad based on project needs

This opportunity is offered as either a paid internship offering a monthly allowance of €800 for curricular internships and €1,000 for extracurricular internships or a standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary of €29,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate's profile against the requirements of the role. Our selection procedures are based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
