We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant with a natural talent for creating comfort and warmth through the spaces you care for. With your attention to detail, dedication, and passion for hospitality, you help transform every stay into a welcoming experience and make guests look forward to returning to AMA Stay.

Tasks

- Clean, organise, and maintain guest rooms, apartments, and shared areas according to AMA

- Stay standards

- Ensure spaces are prepared with care, attention to detail, and a focus on comfort

- Perform daily housekeeping activities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining overall cleanliness

- Restock and organise supplies, materials, and amenities

- Report any maintenance needs, damages, or irregularities to the responsible team members

- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sustainability guidelines

- Support laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding,



and ironing

- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for every guest

Requirements

- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role is preferred

- Language skills: Italian and English; German is considered an advantage

- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate

- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities

- Positive energy and a proactive attitude

- Good organisational and time management skills

- Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
