We are looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven, and customer-centric leader able to guide the brand's strategic marketing agenda and digital growth strategy, driving excellence across E-Commerce, CRM, Customer Care, and customer engagement initiatives.
Reporting directly to the COO, this role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our brand and digital business, defining growth opportunities through consumer insights, market intelligence, and integrated marketing strategies. The successful candidate will accelerate online performance, strengthen brand equity, enhance customer engagement, and deliver a seamless omnichannel experience. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with commercial acumen and operational excellence, and has a strong passion for luxury, fashion, and customer experience.
Mission
Developing online and offline promotion and strategic plans, in conjunction with Brand, Commercial, Communication, Visual and Merchandising departments and in accordance with COO.
Responsibilites
The main job responsibility is to develop and carry out effective marketing strategies to increase the company's profit at CRM, E-Commerce and Customer Care level.
Main Activities
- Develop and implement online and offline promotional and marketing strategies to support business objectives.
- Lead,
supervise, and support the E-Commerce, CRM, and Customer Care teams.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and maximize E-Commerce turnover and profitability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective system integration and continuous platform improvement.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and optimize the overall user experience.
- Analyze business and customer data to develop strategic growth plans and actionable insights.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external partners and agencies supporting E-Commerce, CRM, and Customer Care activities.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor initiatives to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure alignment between commercial objectives, brand positioning, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior E-Commerce leadership role within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated track record of driving online revenue growth.
- Deep expertise in E-Commerce, CRM, customer lifecycle management, and digital performance analytics.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
