The team values real ownership and fast execution - you'll build end-to-end and have a direct say in product and architecture decisions. Hybrid presence in Milan required.
What you'll do: Build across the full stack — React/Next.js interfaces, backend APIs, and database layer (Postgres/Supabase) Work with AI agents and LLM-based features integrated into the core product Take ownership of features from concept to production, contributing to architecture decisions Collaborate with product and engineering on new functionality Must-haves: ~3+ years (ideally 5+)
