Company Description Speakers' Corner Anzio is an English language school based in Anzio, south of Rome, specializing in high-quality English education for a wide range of learners. The school is a Cambridge Preparation Centre and an Oxford Exam Centre, offering both digital and paper-based examinations on site.

In addition, Speakers' Corner Anzio prepares students for IELTS and other international qualifications such as Pearson, Trinity, and TOEFL. The school provides a professional environment focused on exam success, language development, and continuous improvement in teaching practices.

Role Description This is a tempo parziale, on-site role for an English Teacher located in Anzio.

The English

Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons to learners of different ages and levels, with a particular focus on exam preparation for Cambridge, Oxford, IELTS, Pearson, Trinity, and TOEFL. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent teaching standards,



participate in occasional staff meetings or training sessions, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

- Strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with the ability to instruct learners of varying proficiency levels.
- Demonstrated Lesson Planning abilities, including designing structured, goal-oriented lessons.
- Background in Education, preferably with experience in language schools or exam preparation contexts.
- Effective Communication skills, both in the classroom and with colleagues, students, and families.
- Relevant teaching qualifications or certifications (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
- Experience preparing students for Cambridge, IELTS, or other international English exams is a strong advantage.
- Ability to create an inclusive, respectful learning environment and manage diverse groups of learners.
- Willingness to work on-site in Anzio and adapt to the school’s schedule and teaching standards.
