The Digital & IT Analyst supports the development, management and implementation of Information Technology systems and services for the Location and Division, providing solutions with automation and AI.
Support, maintain, and improve business applications, infrastructure, ERP systems, digital operations tools, and global business systems. Develop, deploy, and manage Digital IT, AI, automation, data, and process solutions aligned with Division and business objectives. Act as a strategic business partner by understanding, documenting, improving, and communicating business processes.
Provide user support, training, documentation, and first-line support for business applications. Lead or participate in IT projects, system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with Parker, Division, safety, confidentiality, security, SOX, and data standards while supporting infrastructure duties and technical troubleshooting.
University
Degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, automation and AI tools SQL and programing knowledge Fluency in English and Italian is a must Company values that encourage trust, respect, collaboration and professional growth.
