What you need to succeed at XPO
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience in road transportation, with a strong focus on international FTL operations.
- Proven knowledge of the international carrier network.
- Solid understanding of transportation market dynamics and subcontracting processes.
Technical Skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Eastern European languages will be considered a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

What you will do on a typical day
- Manage a portfolio of international clients at an operational level.
- Oversee subcontracting activities within the international FTL network.
- Develop and maintain a reliable carrier network aligned with business needs and transport flows.
- Ensure profitability optimization across all assigned activities.
- Support the implementation and adoption of digital tools among subcontracted suppliers.
- Assist in the onboarding and approval of new carriers by collecting and validating the required transportation documentation.
- Support the FTL Carrier Representative Manager in defining strategies and driving new operational initiatives.
