Overview
In this role you will lead and execute Bolton’s end-to-end recruitment in Italy, aligning hiring with business values and goals. You will partner with P&O; and hiring managers to shape strategy, ensure a positive candidate experience, and manage external agencies while complying with local laws. You will use data to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, and support employer branding to position Bolton as an employer of choice. This is a strategic, cross-functional role in Milan with a strong impact on talent and culture.

Responsabilità
- Define and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for Italy in partnership with P&O;
- Collaborate with P&O; managers and hiring managers to understand needs and provide guidance
- Ensure a positive,
consistent candidate experience across touchpoints
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Leverage data and metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire
- Support employer branding initiatives with the Group COE to attract talent
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Human Resources
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or equivalent, in an international context
- Proficiency in Italian and fluent English (spoken and written)
