Overview

In this role you provide post-production support for SAP Vistex, combining functional and technical skills to troubleshoot, configure modules, and implement changes. You work on end-to-end delivery and hypercare, supporting business continuity across customer environments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver enhancements. The position offers impact by improving revenue-related processes and ensuring stable operation across time zones.

Responsabilità

- Provide L2/L3 post-production support for Vistex applications
- Gather and analyze client requirements for SAP Vistex components
- Configure Vistex modules and conduct multi-scenario testing
- Contribute to end-to-end delivery including design, go-live, and hypercare




- Prepare solution documents such as functional specs and user guides
- Support integration with SAP SD
- Identify enhancement opportunities for clients

Requisiti fondamentali

- 7 years SAP experience
- Familiarity with SAP SD, pricing, and rebate management processes
- Ability to independently execute configuration and resolve issues
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Willingness to work across time zones
