DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST (f/m/nb)
What we offer: Initial 6-month contract, Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with an indicative Gross Annual Salary (RAL) between €23,000 and €26,000, CCNL Telecomunicazioni. Benefits package includes meal vouchers for every working day and hybrid/remote work options following the initial onboarding phase.

What will you be doing?
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns for clients across various advertising platforms.
Your main duties will include:
- Developing and implementing digital media strategies;
- Setting up and managing advertising campaigns, optimizing targeting and inventory allocation;
- Monitoring campaign performance, optimizing delivery, and maximizing return on investment (ROI);
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing regular performance reports;
- Improving campaign planning and execution processes.
What candidate are we looking for?
- 1–3 years of proven experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a digital advertising agency;
- hands-on experience with programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) and solid skills in media planning and budget management;
- strong analytical mindset, methodological precision, and data-driven problem-solving capabilities;
- excellent command of Microsoft Excel and main office automation tools;
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent academic/professional background);
- fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken;
- Preferred Qualifications: familiarity with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs),
- knowledge of the Amazon Ads suite/console, proficiency in automated/smart bidding strategies, and knowledge of additional foreign languages (French, German, or Spanish).
