We support professionals by offering high-quality products, innovation, and strategic expertise. /ppTo strengthen our international presence, we are looking for a bhighly autonomous and results-driven professional /b, operating as a bself-employed freelance collaborator /b, for the role of Overseas Territory Manager (Freelance – VAT Registered). /ppbr/ppbRole Overview /b /ppThe bOverseas Territory Manager /b, operating bunder a freelance/VAT-registered contract /b, manages business development activities in assigned foreign territories, with full organizational autonomy. /ppThe collaboration is structured in accordance with the bEuropean Commercial Agency guidelines /b, ensuring: /pulliautonomy in time management and activity planning, /liliperformance-based remuneration, /lilicompliance with EU transparency requirements for agreements with self-employed agents. /li /ulpThe professional represents Tecno-Gaz in the assigned markets, contributing to sales growth, distributor development, brand positioning, and market competitiveness. /ppbr/ppbMain Responsibilities /b /pulliDevelop and strengthen the distribution network in the assigned area. /liliPrepare and manage the sales budget in coordination with the Overseas Director. /liliSet annual sales objectives for distributors and support them in achieving results.
/liliPropose and implement local marketing initiatives aligned with brand strategy. /liliOrganize and deliver product training for end-users and partners. /liliCoordinate participation in international fairs and events. /liliMonitor customer payments and report any critical issues. /liliCollect, analyze, and report on market trends and competitor activities. /liliContribute to product range evolution by sharing feedback from end-users and distributors. /liliSupervise and support after-sales activities as needed, ensuring effective communication with customers. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Qualifications /b /pulliFluency in one or more of the following languages: bGerman end English /b. /liliKnowledge of Italian is a plus. /liliStrong business development and strategic marketing skills. /liliPrevious experience in selling or distributing dental/medical equipment is preferred. /liliStrong goal orientation and respect for timelines. /liliHigh autonomy, problem-solving attitude, and proactivity. /liliCustomer-oriented mindset and long-term relationship-building skills. /liliAbility to operate effectively in multicultural environments. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Offer (Freelance Contract) /b /pulliProfessional collaboration under a self-employed / VAT-registered agreement, compliant with European guidelines for commercial agents. /liliHigh level of organizational independence in managing activities and strategies. /liliEstablished product portfolio and full support for business development. /liliInitial and ongoing training on products, regulations, and market dynamics. /li /ul
