- Daily rate: Intermediate Developer: 380€ per day
- Senior Analyst and Developer: 420€ per day
We're Hiring on Behalf of Our Client — 3 SAP HCM/Payroll Roles | UN Agency
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a United Nations agency, for their One Payroll Program — a strategic initiative to consolidate payroll onto a single SAP-based solution, aligned with an ongoing SAP S/4HANA upgrade and broader HR transformation.
We have three openings at different levels. Please review the sections below and apply to the one that fits you best.
1️⃣ SAP HCM/Payroll Senior Analyst (Functional)
Own payroll configuration and business process design end to end — SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, functions/operations, EVE, and payroll Infotypes — while supporting complex UN payroll policies, compliance, controls, and testing (SIT, UAT, parallel runs).
You bring: • 12+ years SAP HCM, with deep SAP NPO Payroll specialization • Proven end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations across multiple countries • Strong hands-on configuration (schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll processing) • Payroll-to-Finance integration, reconciliation, and data migration experience • Preferred: UN/international organization background, multi-currency, S/4HANA, Payroll Control Center, Fiori
2️⃣ SAP HCM/Payroll Senior Developer (Techno-Functional)
Provide technical leadership for SAP HCM Payroll — custom developments, payroll engine enhancements, interfaces, reporting, and advanced troubleshooting — with strong functional understanding of UN payroll processes.
You bring: • 12+ years SAP HCM (SAP NPO Payroll) + minimum 10 years ABAP • Advanced ABAP & Object-Oriented ABAP, debugging, User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework • SmartForms, Adobe Forms, ALV reporting • Payroll cluster/results analysis, root cause analysis, custom validation & reconciliation tools • Preferred: UN/international background, multi-currency, S/4HANA
3️⃣ SAP HCM/Payroll Intermediate Developer (Technical)
Hands-on technical delivery — build and maintain SAP objects, RICEF developments, integrations, and reporting, working alongside functional consultants to keep payroll accurate and reliable.
You bring: • 4–6 years SAP technical consulting, with 3+ years SAP HCM/Payroll technical experience • ABAP & ABAP Objects; RICEF (reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, conversions) • Integrations via IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services, APIs • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA; payroll experience in a UN/NGO/international environment • Preferred: SmartForms/Adobe Forms, User Exits/BAdIs, Fiori/UI5, CPI/PI-PO, data migration tools
