Envolve Consulting, an indipendent company active in management search, selections an Application Engineer for an international company operating in plastic sector.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide deep technical engineering expertise to internal resources and customers from product specification, design, installation, replacement/repair and problem resolution resulting in best-in-class customer experience within assigned Industry Segment(s).

• Train, support and collaborate with Sales, Customer Care Operations and Marketing in identifying customer needs and innovative solutions fulfilling technical and application related specifications considering sustainable total cost of ownership

• Support the CC team on in order loading and in particular, configuring the non-standard orders

• Attain and maintain deep industry knowledge of belting/conveying solutions, products & services and customer applications in assigned industry segments(s)

• Support and provide application engineering training for internal resources and customers

• Leverage all available systems (CRM, ERP, Intranet, etc.) to capture, track and manage customer issues, commercial activities and problem resolution





• Maintain knowledge of internal products, services, updates and stay informed about competing products and services

• Work with Operations (fabrication & assembly) to identify and resolve any customer related challenges and/or sales opportunities

Education and experience:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering of plastic materials or equivalent

• Minimum experience in an after-sales service or technical assistance

Place of work: Cordignano (TV)

Lavoro da remoto: 20%

Salary Range: 28/30K
