pSupply Chain Specialist – Order Management Customer Operations /ppbLocation: /b Quattordio, Piedmont, Italy /ppbIndustry: /b Industrial Manufacturing / Supply Chain /ppbEmployment Type: /b Full-time /ppbWork Arrangement: /b On-site /ppAbout the Role /ppAn established organisation in the industrial manufacturing sector is seeking a bSupply Chain Specialist /b to support the management of a strategic customer account and progressively take ownership of the relationship and operational process. /ppWorking alongside a senior team member initially, the role will gradually assume responsibility for managing the end-to-end flow from customer order confirmation through to final delivery. /ppThe position is ideal for someone with experience in supply chain, order management or customer operations who is comfortable coordinating across production, planning, procurement and logistics to ensure reliable and on-time delivery. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliManage customer orders following quotation and order confirmation. /liliAct as a direct point of contact with the customer's procurement team throughout the order lifecycle. /liliMonitor and manage customer delivery plans and agreed timelines. /liliCoordinate internally with Production, Planning and Logistics to ensure delivery requirements are achievable. /liliContinuously align: /liliCustomer orders /liliProduction capacity /liliMaterial availability and procurement lead times /liliDelivery schedules /liliProactively identify and manage operational issues, including delays, material shortages and changes to production plans.



/liliProvide regular order-status updates and reporting to customers and internal management. /liliEnsure agreed delivery deadlines and on-time delivery targets are achieved. /liliSupport the senior team member in managing the strategic customer relationship during the initial onboarding period. /liliProgressively take greater ownership of the customer account and associated operational processes. /li /ulpRequirements /pulliAt least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Operations, Technical Customer Service or a related role. /liliExperience managing complex end-to-end operational processes. /liliStrong focus on deadlines, delivery performance and operational problem solving. /liliGood understanding of production and logistics processes, preferably within an industrial/manufacturing environment. /liliExperience coordinating across multiple internal functions. /liliPrevious experience within a manufacturing organisation. /liliAbility to understand and work with production plans and schedules. /liliFamiliarity with ERP systems. /liliEnglish proficiency at B2 level. /liliStrong communication, coordination and organisational skills. /liliAbility to proactively identify issues and drive them through to resolution. /li /ulpKey Skills /ppSupply Chain | Order Management | Customer Operations | Customer Service | Production Planning | Logistics | Procurement | Delivery Management | Order Fulfilment | ERP | Manufacturing | Industrial Operations | Customer Relationship Management | On-Time Delivery | Supply Chain Coordination | Problem Solving | B2B Customer Management | English /ppbr/p
