Adecco Italia spa, supporting an important Group in the Organized Large-Scale Retail sector, is looking for new personnel to be hired with an apprenticeship contract for the SPINEA (VE) Point of Sale. In the role of Sales Assistant, supported by colleagues in a constant training path, the person will acquire the necessary skills to manage the assigned department, from displaying goods according to company guidelines, verifying product assortment and checking price-product correspondence, to assisting customers during purchase.

Role Requirements:

- Availability to work shifts (depending on the opening hours of the Point of Sale) and on weekends;
- Customer orientation and aptitude for teamwork;
- Reliability and flexibility.





Schedule:

Tempo parziale 24 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday with one day off per week.

Offer:

The company offers continuous training and professional growth opportunities, direct employment with an Apprenticeship contract, placement at the 6th level of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce.

Economic conditions:

- Euro 923.82 gross per month for the first 18 months
- Euro 994.81 gross per month for the subsequent 18 months
- Euro 1,069.01 gross per month upon reaching qualification.
