Respond promptly to customer feedback and coordinate internal resources to resolve product, logistics, or sales issues. Monitor market dynamics and analyze competitor activities to provide actionable insights for sales strategy. Optimize customer inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels and full SKU coverage. Deliver product knowledge and sales skills training to wholesalers and retailers to enhance frontline sales capability. Italian
Driving Licence (required for territory travel and warehouse visits). Valid visa to work in Italy. Experience in retail management, wholesale channel management, or market support; prior experience in FMCG, consumer electronics, or retail industries is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with expertise in customer relationship management. Strong problem-solving skills, able to independently handle on-site emergencies. High sense of responsibility, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive under pressure; willing to work deeply in the frontline market. Fluent in Italian
