pWe are looking for an strong Engineer – Renewables Data Centers /strong to join our Engineering team in strongTurin, Italy. /strong /ppThis is an exciting opportunity to work across two fast-growing sectors — strongData Centers and Renewable Energy / Self-Consumption /strong — and contribute to the development of complex projects from the earliest stages of site assessment and concept design through permitting, grid connection and technical coordination. /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat will you do? /strong /pp• Support strongsite selection and test-fit activities /strong, including preliminary technical assessments and site layouts. /pp• Contribute to strongMEP concept design /strong, including MV/LV electrical systems, UPS, generators and cooling systems. /pp• Review and coordinate strongtechnical design deliverables /strong, working with internal and external engineering teams. /pp• Prepare technical documentation to support strongpermitting and authorization processes /strong. /pp• Work closely with stronggrid connection specialists /strong to align engineering solutions with HV/MV connection requirements. /pp• Support the definition of technical requirements for strongcommissioning and operations /strong. /pp• Manage relevant strongTerna platforms and grid connection requests /strong. /pp• Contribute to project documentation and the development of internal strongData Center design standards and guidelines /strong. /ppbr / /ppstrongWhat are we looking for? /strong /ppbr / /pp• Degree in strongElectrical, Energy, Mechanical, Civil or Building Engineering /strong, or a similar technical discipline. /pp• strong1–3 years of experience /strong in engineering design or technical coordination of complex systems.



/pp• Ability to read and produce strongCAD layouts and technical diagrams /strong using AutoCAD or equivalent software. /pp• Good command of strongwritten and spoken English /strong. /pp• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn. /pp• Availability to travel within Italy and a valid driving licence. /pp• Previous professional experience in strongItaly /strong. /ppbr / /ppstrongAdditional qualifications /strong /ppbr / /pp• Experience in strongData Centers, MEP engineering or large-scale energy infrastructure /strong. /pp• Knowledge of mission-critical systems such as strongUPS, generators, MV/LV systems, chillers and CRAH/CRAC systems /strong. /pp• Familiarity with strongPUE, energy efficiency and free cooling /strong. /pp• Knowledge of Italian permitting processes and safety/fire prevention regulations. /pp• Experience working with strongengineering firms, EPC contractors or general contractors /strong. /pp• Registration with the strongItalian Order of Engineers /strong. /pp• Knowledge of strongRevit, Navisworks and/or Bluebeam Revu /strong. /pp• strongSpanish language skills /strong would be an advantage. /ppbr / /ppIf you are looking to grow your career while working on challenging projects at the intersection of strongenergy, infrastructure and Data Centers /strong, we would love to hear from you. /ppbr / /ppemAt IGNIS, we promote equal opportunities and an inclusive working environment.
