/li liHealth insurance coverage as per national labor contract /li liFree company parking /li liCompany smartphone and laptop /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDaily Operations of pricing quotations and contract booking /li liPricing responsibility for the business’s strategic customers and quotes /li liActive role in the integration of business units and commercial teams, partner the Sales Teams with ongoing and annual commercial negotiations /li liSystem implementation and usage M3, CPQ /li liSupport the completion of the Pricing process for the business unit /liliAid with the tracking of pricing performance against the pricing budget /li liBecome an integral member of the Pricing team and provide support within the team where required /li /ul h3Professional and Personal skills /h3 ul libEducation /b: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent. /li libExperience /b: 3+ years in relevant roles, ideally within matrixed finance organizations. /li libTechnical Skills /b: Strong Excel skills; experience with SFDC and Infor; SAP knowledge is an advantage. /li libLanguage Skills /b: Proficient in English. /li libProfessional Skills /b: Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, and business engagement capabilities; effective knowledge sharing. /li libAnalytical Process Skills /b: Detail-oriented, process-driven, strong critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to manage conflicting priorities. /li libSoft Skills /b: Team player with a positive attitude, continuous‑improvement mindset, autonomy, resilience, integrity, and ability to lead change and build trusted partnerships. /li /ul pbLocation /b:
Gallarate (VA) with willingness to travel across sites. /p pbWorking hours: /bFull time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
