With more than 7,500 talents across 60+ countries, we support our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from strategy to execution.We are currently looking for a Technical Safety Senior Engineer to join our Engineering team and contribute to challenging Oil & Gas projects in an international environment.Your responsibilitiesAs a Technical Safety Senior Engineer, you will:Perform Technical Safety Engineering activities for onshore and offshore Oil & Gas projects.Carry out risk assessments including HAZID, HAZOP, QRA, LOPA, SIL, FERA, EERA and SIMOPS.Develop and review fire protection philosophies and fire & gas detection systems.Prepare and review Technical Safety engineering documentation, including design basis, calculations,



specifications and reports.Support Hazardous Area Classification studies.Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and safety audits.Collaborate with Project Managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.Ensure compliance with international safety standards and project specifications.Support multiple engineering projects simultaneously while proactively identifying technical risks and improvement opportunities.RequirementsMaster's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Safety or related Engineering.At least 10 years of experience in Technical Safety Engineering within Oil & Gas projects (Onshore and Offshore).Strong knowledge of:HAZOPHAZIDQRALOPASILFire Protection EngineeringFire & Gas Detection SystemsHazardous Area ClassificationSafety Critical Elements (SCE)Risk AssessmentExperience with engineering software such as DNV PHAST, PHAWorks, DsPED, AutoCAD or similar.Fluent English (written and spoken).Strong communication and teamwork skills.Availability to work in Rome.Nice to haveTechnical Safety certifications.Experience in international EPC projects.Previous experience with major Oil & Gas operators or EPC contractors.Why join Amaris?International and multicultural environment.Long-term engineering projects.Continuous training and technical certifications.Career development based on merit and performance. xdwybme Opportunity to work with leading companies in the Energy sector.
