Adecco Consultant Milano, on behalf of a company specialized in managing customer care services for leading international brands, is looking for a Customer Care Specialist.

The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality support experience while effectively representing the values and image of the brands managed by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer requests through multiple channels, including email, phone and chat;
- Provide information, assistance and post-sales support;
- Handle customer reports, complaints and requests, ensuring effective and timely resolution;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction;
- Represent the assigned brands consistently with their values and communication standards.

Requirements & Skills:

- Fluency or Mother Tongue in at least two of the following languages: English, French, German;
- Italian is not required;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong customer orientation and a service-minded approach;




- Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer requests effectively;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.

- 3-year apprenticeship contract, directly with the client company;

- Annual gross salary (RAL): €21,000;
