Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Buildings + Places team in Milan. The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, coordination and delivery of complex electrical engineering projects across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare and mission-critical facilities.

This role offers the opportunity to lead technical activities, support project delivery, mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services systems from concept design through detailed design, construction and project completion.
- Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications, drawings and design documentation.
- Design and coordinate power distribution systems, lighting systems, communication systems,



fire alarm systems and low-voltage installations.
- Coordinate electrical engineering activities with other disciplines, ensuring successful project integration and delivery.
- Manage project deliverables, schedules and priorities while maintaining high technical standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support their professional development.
- Participate in client meetings, technical workshops and project reviews, presenting engineering solutions and recommendations.
- Support business development activities, including bids, tenders and technical proposals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, sustainability standards and industry best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical excellence across the team.
