Job Summary As a Staff Engineer Controller Validation in our Research & Development team, you will shape the future of technology by developing validation test benches, executing hardware-in-the-loop testing, and ensuring embedded controller compliance.
Key Responsibilities Support the development of validation test benches
Execute Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing including firmware validation
Analyze and verify embedded controller behavior against test requirements
Document defects and compliance metrics automatically to maintain quality standards
Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
3+ years of experience with embedded systems, specifically ARM Cortex-M MCUs
Foundations in embedded C/C++, MATLAB or Python
Hardware debugging skills using oscilloscopes and multimeters
Experience in automated test scripting with Python
Fluency in English (mandatory)
