As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic investment projects across the European region—mainly in Casarile – Italy, ensuring technical excellence, safety, and sustainability in every phase.
You will be responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects and act as a key contributor to execute in time and budget.
Lead and execute investment projects safely, on time, on budget, and in line with Henkel’s Project Management Framework
Manage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects in the European region, mainly in Casarile – Italy
Drive all project phases—from feasibility and concept development to execution, commissioning, start‑up, hand‑over and project closure, including lessons learned
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, resolving and escalating issues as appropriate
Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency
Facilitate ongoing best practice exchange between sites and the regional engineering group
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement
