ABOUT THE ROLE Job Title: Portfolio Analyst
Location: Full-remote OR Hybrid (Milan HQ)
Contract: Permanent contract / full-time
Salary: €30,000-€36,000 gross/year + Premio
Reporting To: Revenue Manager
What you'll do:
- Own the global portfolio visibility and performance tracking , ensuring every WeRoad itinerary is monitored for sales, conversion, fill rate, and margin performance across all markets and product categories (TO and WRX).
- Run portfolio analyses to identify which itineraries to scale, optimize, or kill, using data-driven insights on demand, profitability, reviews, and customer interest.
- Monitor and evaluate competitive offerings , leveraging AI-based benchmarking tools to compare itineraries, prices, and product positioning against top competitors and emerging players.
- Analyze market trends and traveler behavior to detect shifts in customer preferences, uncover gaps in the current portfolio, and identify new product development opportunities.
- Assess the depth and balance of the offering , ensuring that WeRoad maintains the right mix of destinations, durations, price ranges, and travel moods while minimizing stock‑out risk and operational inefficiencies.
- Supervise offering planning and availability , verifying that all suppliers and internal teams confirm services and departures in line with forecasted demand for the next 18–24 months.
