(Senior) Marketing Communications ManagerAre you a passionate marketing professional with a flair for crafting compelling narratives and executing impactful campaigns across Europe? We are seeking a dynamic (Senior) Marketing Communications Manager to lead strategic initiatives, elevate brand presence, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.What You'll Bring:Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector targeting European audiencesProven track record in developing and executing annual marketing strategies, along with managing projects and budgets effectivelyBroad skill set across digital marketing, content creation, product launches, demand generation, branding, and omni-channel campaignsExpertise in creating diverse marketing materials, testing their efficacy through webinars, expert interviews, sell sheets, web content, interactive tools, and videosExperience organizing and managing events such as ribbon-cuttings, photo and video shoots,



and trade showsAbility to work closely with marketing, technical consulting, sales, and events teams while reporting to a US-based leadership structureNice to Have Skills:Additional experience with lead nurturing, marketing automation, or data analyticsProficiency in multiple languages or understanding of European market nuancesFamiliarity with webinar platforms, interactive content tools, or digital measurement analyticsPreferred Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldsRelevant experience in European pharmaceutical or healthcare markets preferredOther Requirements:Willingness to occasionally travel within Europe to events and shootsStrong interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
