What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from research and negotiations to contracting and administration across the Baltics
- Negotiate and ensure best contractual conditions
- Ensure supplier management inside and outside Baltics
- Follow, update and improve internal procurement policies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify needs and deliver procurement solutions
- Participate in local and international projects
- Execute administrative tasks, track KPIs and create presentations
- Act as business owner for assigned procurement areas (e.g. Facility Management, IT, Marketing, HR)
About you
- Higher education
- At least 2 years of experience in procurement or project management
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented with a structured approach to work
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Confident in presenting and defending own proposals with logical arguments
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Category B driving licence
