At Fregate Island, wellness is about creating highly personalised experiences in a peaceful and private island setting. As a Spa Supervisor / Senior Spa Therapist &, Wellness Coach, you will combine hands-on spa expertise with wellness coaching and day-to-day supervisory responsibilities.
You will personally deliver spa treatments, massage, bodywork and spa rituals, while also creating individual wellness experiences based on each guest's needs and preferences. A key part of the role will be the ability to independently lead wellness sessions. Depending on your experience, these may include yoga, fitness, meditation, energy or sound practices, as well as other specialist wellness modalities.
Alongside your guest-facing responsibilities, you will support the smooth daily operation of the Spa,
assist and guide the Spa team, maintain service and presentation standards, and support reception, scheduling and operational requirements when needed. We are particularly interested in candidates who bring a broad combination of spa and wellness skills. Additional experience in areas such as Watsu, nutrition, breathwork, hydrotherapy or other specialist wellness practices would be a strong advantage.
This is a hands-on senior role for someone who is equally comfortable delivering treatments, leading wellness sessions, supporting the team and engaging directly with guests.
