Role Purpose
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused IT Support Officer / ICT Coordinator to provide IT support to British Council colleagues across one or more sites in Bulgaria.
You will play a key role in ensuring that IT services are reliable, secure and fit for business needs, while meeting British Council technology standards and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Working as part of the Digital & Technology team, you will support users, maintain IT infrastructure and hardware, manage incidents and assets, and work closely with our Global Service Desk, regional teams and external suppliers.
This is a hands-on role that will require strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service and the ability to manage a varied workload independently.
