Using Your Expertise And In-depth Knowledge Of Airport Operations As Well As Being a Subject Matter Expert On SITA Systems You Will /p ul liWork with clients to understand current business processes /li liProvide focused consultancy to provide new ways to optimize the client's business using SITA Technologies /li liTrain client superusers and facilitate the configuration and setup of the SITA Systems /li liWork with clients and 3rd party vendors to integrate SITA Systems in the local environment /li liConduct User Acceptance Tests /li liProvide early-life support after go-live /li liThe role as business consultant includes up to 30% travel activities to customer sites. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork with customers to provide consultancy services and advice to resolve key business issues within field of expertise /li liConsultancy activities include capturing and prioritizing of customer needs and business requirements, re-design of business processes,



building customer capabilities to achieve operational efficiencies in cost reduction and/or service improvement /li liDevelop and run structured client workshops and manage activities as required to enable the customer to fully realize the benefits of consultancy /li liConfigure the SITA software according to business needs and technical requirements /li liAct as the bridge between customer and Product Management to bridge new customer requirements and facilitate the evolution of the SITA Products /li liDeliver as part of delivery team consulting assignments to build trusted relationships with customers, present key findings and recommendations, demonstrate technical credibility and obtain field/customer feedback /li liProvide Subject Matter Expert support to the SITA Sales Force /li liExecute consulting methodology and quality in accordance with corporate and regional standards (deliverables, customer satisfaction, profitable PL, various indicators) /li liKeep current with new technologies and industry trends /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExtensive experience in Business and Technical consultancy in the IT Telecommunications industry, at least 7 years /li liExperience implementing complex software solutions at customers /li liOperating at Senior levels of customer (Heads of Depts/Functions) Understanding of Airline Industry IT environment is an advantage, specifically Airport Operations /li liSolid technical understanding and experience (MS SQL Windows Server are desired, experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus) /li liExperience integrating systems on technical and functional level. Good understanding of technologies used for integration (message queues, web services, API etc.) /li liDevelopment prototype capability is a plus /li /ul h3Education Qualifications /h3 ul liBusiness,
