You will play a key role in defining packaging strategies, coordinating suppliers, and ensuring project success in terms of quality, cost, and timing. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pp✅ Define and implement packaging strategies for vehicle programs and launches /pp✅ Develop and industrialize automotive packaging solutions /pp✅ Manage packaging suppliers and project milestones /pp✅ Monitor costs, quality, delivery timelines, and KPIs /pp✅ Support CAPEX/OPEX investment planning and control /pp✅ Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, Plant Operations,



and New Launch Teams /pp✅ Drive issue resolution and corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle /ppbr/ppbRequired Skills /b /pp✔ 3-5 years of experience in automotive packaging development and industrialization (Junior profiles also considered) /pp✔ Strong knowledge of automotive processes: Stamping, Welding, Assembly, and Logistics /pp✔ Experience with vehicle launch programs and packaging strategy definition /pp✔ Supplier management and project coordination experience /pp✔ Knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX and cost management /pp✔ Project Management experience within an industrial environment /pp✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills /pp✔ Italian English language skills (B2-C1) /ppbr/ppbNice to Have /b /pp➕ PMP Certification /pp➕ SAP knowledge /pp➕ Experience in multinational automotive companies /pp➕ Lean Manufacturing expertise /pp➕ Experience with STLA (Stellantis) or similar automotive platforms /pp➕ Knowledge of Global Transport Packaging processes /ppbr/ppbAdditional Information /b /pp Location: Cassino Plant, Italy /ppb?
