Brand Management Internship – Southern Europe
Location: Milan, Italy
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and curious Brand Management Intern to join our Southern Europe Marketing team in Milan.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management within an international environment, supporting some of Wella Company’s iconic professional hair brands across Southern Europe.
The role will primarily support Wella Professionals across Italy and France, while also contributing to the management of System Professional, Kadus Professional and Sassoon Professional across the Southern European cluster.
You will work closely with the Brand Management team and collaborate with different markets and functions, gaining exposure to both strategic and operational aspects of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of brand plans and marketing initiatives across Southern Europe.
- Contribute to product launches, campaigns, activations and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze key business, brand and market KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports and business updates.
- Coordinate with local teams across different Southern European markets to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners on ongoing projects.
- Support the team in managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
- Bring new ideas, curiosity and a consumer-oriented perspective to the team.
What We Are Looking For
- University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing, brand management and the beauty industry.
- Previous marketing experience is a plus, but attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are the most important factors.
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several topics simultaneously.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in an international and multi-market environment.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
