Our client is a company operating in the precision engineering sector. To increase its staff, he asked us to select for the following profile:
**PRODUCTION PLANT MANAGER** The profile reports to the Italy Production Manager and is in charge of one of the local production plants (Umbria). The resource, in Operations Department, will be in charge of the following activities: - managing the organization of production activities by planning activities, organizing resources and defining priorities;
- managing the attendance/shifts of direct and indirect production staff (about 65 units including 3 department heads + 1 contact person for warehouse logistics). Assigns tasks according to the characteristics of collaborators, values their contribution, effectively uses delegation and feedback to develop the skills of managed resources;
- ensures compliance with plant rules;
- drafts and analyzes efficiency, inventory, and scrap reports and compares them with Company KPIs;
- verifies Production Budget;
- monitors Warehouse inventory activities;
- monitors production progress and analyzes possible causes of delays;




- liaises with Process and Quality with whom he/she must share process and product issues;
- schedules improvement activities agreed upon with other entities (work according to WCM principles). **Requirements**: - Technical management degree (Mechanical
- Management Engineering);
- Knowledge of programs: LN (or other similar management systems);
- Knowledge and familiarity with MES systems ;
- Excellent knowledge of office 365 package, Excel, World, Power Point, Power bi or Power query;
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing (WCM);
- Fluency in the English language. It is essential a bachelor's degree with a technical/managerial focus (Mechanical/Management Engineering), fluent knowledge of the English language (international context), and previous experience in manufacturing contexts in the same role is a must. Knowledge and applicability of WCM methodology (which is the one adopted and applied by the client) is also required. Management of production personnel is also important.
