Who We Are
DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2014, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.
We are looking for a Requirements Engineer, who will be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions by analysing the business requirements and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping implement solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to gather, document, and analyse detailed requirements for software solutions
Technical Documentation: Create clear and detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and system specifications
Solution Design and Validation:
Work closely with developers to design software solutions that meet business needs and validate those solutions through testing and user feedback
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between users and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring all parties are aligned.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and optimize software development processes, incorporating feedback and adjusting to changing market conditions or user needs
Production Support: Assess production incidents, investigate causes, and provide solutions whenever possible, as well as analysing errors and identifying solutions to fix them
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science or similar
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in requirements engineering for large-scale IT solutions
Capital Markets Knowledge: knowledge of capital markets, trading platforms, and financial products (e.g., equities, derivatives) with extensive experience working in capital markets, either directly or as part of an IT te
