The Spa Therapist provides the highest personalized services:
Keeps up to date with current techniques and modalities related to their field of work. Arrange workstation and treatment room. Promotes and sells Spa including retail offerings related to the Spa.
Maintains cleanliness of workstations and/or treatment rooms throughout the shift, disposes of dirty linens, and secures supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Monitors and sticks to schedule throughout the day.
Handles guests’ needs by following Marriott International’s standard operating procedures for guests and therapists. Recommend Spa products and up-sell services.
Complete expertise in the services and products offered.
Possess a good command of English.
An excellent verbal manner and proven customer service skills.
Good knowledge or experience in the Spa industry.
Good organizational skills with attention to details.
A team Player with a flexible and positive attitude.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in Spa therapist roles within hotels.
Be able to demonstrate experience in complaint handling.
